Admin Modify or Remove an Existing Recurring Donation

As an administrator you can simply update or delete any existing recurring donation.

  1. Log into your church's Simple Donation Administration area.
  2. Click the "Recurring" link in the left-hand menu of the admin portal. You can search the list of existing recurring donations by name or email to reduce the list and find the donation you'd like to modify faster. Once found, click the blue pencil "edit" icon next to the amount.

  3. In the Edit Recurring Donation dialog, click the red "trash can" icon in the lower left of the screen to delete an existing recurring donation.
    You may also edit any of the other fields as needed if wanting to adjust the amount, fund, frequency, or next charge date.
