Nurture Giving Campaigns
Giving is more than just an opportunity to raise funds for the church. It's also stewardship - a reflection of our faith in Christ, who gave His all for us. It can also be a signal to church leadership - of commitment or changes in life of the people that make up your church. As church leaders, we need to take advantage of every opportunity to shepherd those entrusted to us. What follows are some tools developed by Simple Donation to aid you in discipleship and stewardship. Each of these tools has a Rock recipe with instructions how to install on your instance of Rock.
Rescue Lapsed Givers
Lapsed givers are people who have stopped giving in the past 8 weeks who normally are giving at this time of year. The email just asks them if they want to meet with a pastor. The perhaps of the meeting is not to talk about their giving, but to connect with them about what's going on in their life. Giving lapses can come from hardship (health, unemployment, divorce), church conflict, and faith crises, all of which are an alarm where a pastor could really help.

First Gift Thank You
Email a thank you after first financial gift made. This is a best practice of churches that acknowledges the step of faith of starting giving. This is a way to encourage someone and affirm them, the value of their gift and the impact it makes.

Encouragement to Set-Up Recurring Giving
Recurring giving automates people's monthly (or weekly) gift and can be a real service to them. Some regular givers don't know about recurring giving. Some do know about, but haven't taken action yet to set it up. This email goes out once to each regular giver (gave at least once past 3 months) who haven't yet setup recurring giving.

Asking Certain Givers to Consider Asset Giving
